Can I exchange or return my item?
Yes, we accept exchanges, but we do not accept returns at the moment.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are only available for on unworn items within 14 days from date of receiving your order. *Kindly note that sports bras, bike shorts, and leggings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes. *Sale/Marked down Items or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange. *Items to be in original condition, with original tags still attached. *Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer. *Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial. *Items with strong odours or smell like smoke, perfume, cologne, etc will not be accepted. *Items with markings or other stains will not be accepted.
How do I request for an exchange?
To request for an exchange, please submit an Exchange Request Form with the following details:
  • Email address used to place the order,
  • Order number (if available),
  • Size of the items desired for return or exchange,
  • Reason for the return
​ All exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. Kratos Official is strictly not responsible for any lost or misplaced mail.
I received a defective item, what can I do?
If items received are incorrect or damaged/defective, Kratos Official will commit to resolving the issue.
I changed my mind about my order, can I still do an exchange?
If you change your mind about your order, don't worry! You can request for an exchange, but shipping is your responsibility. Additional shipping costs will be charged and are non-refundable. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
